Drink the clear stuff!

I know it sounds boring and clichéd and we’ve all heard it before. But most of us don’t actually do it!
Proper hydration aids digestion, gets rid of waste, controls the body’s circulation and temperature. It also ensures our skin is more plump, clear, and glowing.
