Their nutrition expert points out that a healthy snack size is up to 600kj (about 150 calories). If you keep your snacking to within this limit it will be guilt free! So they’ve calculated how many of the below treats you can eat while sticking to this 600kj. Alternatively find your own chocolate favourite and stick to the calorie limit!
