Peppermint tea is a such brilliant drink. It’s great day or night as it’s caffeine free. It’s my all time favourite, must drink at least two huge cups a day, drink. I have a cup in the morning when I wake up, and always have one before bed.
You can buy it literally anywhere, and as lovely as fresh mint leaves infused in water are, aint no shame in buying the teabags either.
Aside from being delicious and comforting, peppermint is soothing for irritable stomachs. and a perfect drink for after a heavy meal. It’s great for aiding digestion and can ease nausea, cramps, and vomiting. Its minty freshness also helps fight bad breath! Not to mention it helps you get your water intake up, vital for many reasons.
