Drink a cup or two of Green Tea.
This is an amazing way to look after your skin from the inside out. The antioxidants in green tea protect the skin from the harmful effects of free radicals, which cause wrinkling and skin aging. A cup of the green stuff is also a great way to hydrate and get your recommended water intake! I also love it because it has caffeine, though not as much as coffee. It’s a great afternoon pick-me-up.
If that wasn’t enough for you, the polyphenols in green tea are also believed to prevent some cancer risks, and speed up the metabolism. It can protect against eye disease, stimulate bone formation and may promote healthy teeth.
